On the hunt for a nutritious, mineral-rich noodle alternative to use for their irresistible mouth-watering stir-fries, salads and soups, they delved into the sea. Swimming amongst Mother Nature’s most beautifully hidden underwater forests, they found exactly what they were searching for. With a neutral taste and smooth texture, the sea kelp was the perfect raw noodle alternative.They retured to the land with pure kelp, to offer you natural noodle-ey goodness at its best.
