Shipping

Flat Rate Shipping is $10.95 for postage within Australia. All items are posted via Australia Post. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of when they are placed. If we have sufficient stock of the product you have ordered at our warehouse, your order will then proceed to our shipping process. Shipping will take place within 5 business days of your order being placed, (please note that our warehouse is closed on weekends). Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply. If an item is out of stock at the warehouse and we are unable to restock this within 5 business days, we will offer you a store credit for any item that is unexpectedly delayed. Please allow at least 7 business days of turnaround time if you place an order with us over the weekend or during a period where there is a Public Holiday, as these factors can affect delivery time, due warehouse closures and Australia Post operating days. We would also expect that during the Christmas period there may be further delays with Australia Post, therefore timeframes may be extended to 7-10 business days for delivery. Returns

If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, we offer a full refund of the goods purchased, store credit or exchange. Please contact us via the contact page for a returns form within 3 days of receiving the goods. PLEASE NOTE:

• NO exchanges or returns are offered for sale items OR if a product has been open or damaged. 
• Postage on exchanged or returned items will be incurred at your own cost

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
